"French Gourmet Journey" Seoul Dragon City Hosts 'Epicure Journey'

4-Course Lunch with Butternut Squash Veloute, Grilled Gwang-eo, and 7-Course Dinner
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Seoul Dragon City announced on the 19th that it will hold the 'Epicure Journey' promotion, where you can taste French cuisine at the Sky Kingdom 31st-floor restaurant 'The Ribbon' until the 30th of next month.
The promotion operates daily with a 4-course lunch and a 7-course dinner. The lunch course consists of smoked salmon, butternut squash velout?, grilled flatfish or grilled lamb sirloin. The dinner includes lobster, butternut squash velout?, asparagus with caviar, grilled flatfish, lychee & orange sorbet, and either sirloin or tenderloin.
Both courses offer the option to accompany the grilled lamb sirloin with paisson, a potato pancake, green beans, and mushroom confit. After the meal, special ice cream and coffee or tea are provided. Lunch is available from 12 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 6 PM to 9 PM.
A representative of Seoul Dragon City said, "'Epicure Journey' is a promotion that offers gourmet experiences from various countries, and following Italy and the United States this year, French cuisine is now being introduced." They added, "Seoul Dragon City, which has 12 food and beverage outlets including The Ribbon, will continuously develop food and beverage products that fit each outlet's concept to leap forward as a 'gourmet destination.'"
