Daebo Construction Wins Contract for Section 1 of Namyang Wangsuk2 Public Housing District Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Daebo Construction announced on the 19th that it has been awarded the 'Namyangju Wangsuk2 Public Housing District Development Project Section 1' commissioned by Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) through a construction management (CM) method with construction responsibility.
The location is in Ilpae-dong and Ipae-dong areas of Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province, covering an area of 1,233,962㎡. The project includes earthworks, pipeline works, complex development, and the construction of 5 bridges, 1 underpass, 2 pedestrian bridges, and soundproof walls.
A Daebo Construction official stated, "The success was due to systematically planning risk analysis for each phase of the project and step-by-step response measures in the proposal."
