View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] CU announced on the 18th that it will hold a special event on its membership application PocketCU until the 31st of this month, offering free delivery on Halloween-themed costumes, party supplies, and snack planning products.
PocketCU's home delivery service ships purchased products to the address entered by the customer, and this is the first time that Halloween planning products have been expanded into the online domain.
CU is introducing 18 different Halloween products. The representative products include three costume hats featuring Pikachu, Pudding, and Snorlax. They also sell two types of horror fashion masks and four costume dresses for toddlers and elementary school students.
The Devil Crown Wand set consists of a headband-style crown and a magic wand, featuring the pumpkin shape and Halloween letter styles, which are symbols of Halloween. The Halloween 3-piece set includes a pumpkin-decorated spring headband, a scream mask, and six mini pumpkin baskets all packaged together.
CU has prepared 10 Halloween products available for purchase in stores. These include three Pepero planning sets featuring Pink Holiday, the cat character from Yanolja, White Castle butter cookies in Halloween packaging, and LED light sticks.
According to CU, sales of planning products during last year's Halloween Day increased by 33.5% compared to the previous year. By age group, people in their 20s accounted for 28.3%, and those in their 30s accounted for 53.2%, making up 81.5% of the total.
