Dong-Eui University Holds 'Jwacheon-dong, Healthy Baekse Harmony Festival' with Local Residents

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Dong-Eui University held the '2022 Jwacheon-dong, Healthy Centenarian Harmony Festival' on the 1st at the closed Jwacheon Elementary School and Jwacheon Life Culture Center area in Jwacheon-dong, Dong-gu, Busan.
The event was hosted by the Dong-Eui University University Innovation Support Project Group and organized by the Regional Collaboration Center, Seheung Hospital, Jwacheon-dong Administrative Welfare Center, Jwacheon 2 District Residents' Autonomy Council, and Jwacheon-dong Community Security Council.
Since 2018, the Dong-Eui University Regional Collaboration Center has been collaborating with local community-related organizations to conduct the 'Healthy Centenarian, Harmony Festival' aimed at promoting residents' health, life safety, and digital education.
The event involved volunteer clubs and the Turtles cheering squad from departments including Fire and Disaster Administration, International Tourism Management, Food Service Management, Clinical Pathology, Dental Hygiene, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Korean Medicine, Human and System Design Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Digital Contents, and Leisure Sports at Dong-Eui University.
Students participating in the event carried out various talent donation activities such as safety education for local residents, traditional costume experiences, mug cup making, snack sharing for the elderly, and cultural performances.
