Change of Korean Corporation Name to 'MarkVision Korea'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] AI company MarkVision announced on the 5th that it has officially changed the corporate name of its Korean branch to MarkVision Korea and appointed Lee Do-kyung, co-founder and Chief Business Officer (CBO), as its representative.
MarkVision is a startup that provides Software as a Service (SaaS) to detect and remove counterfeit products in e-commerce and identify and block illegal content online. Its headquarters is located in Los Angeles (LA), USA. The change of the Korean corporate name was promoted to establish a regional business operation strategy in line with global business expansion. MarkVision Korea plans to lead growth in the Asian region by broadly targeting markets and expanding its influence in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and other areas.
Lee Do-kyung, the new CEO of MarkVision Korea, serves as the headquarters' CBO and head of Korea. He will build a wide network based on partnerships and cooperation with domestic customers and partners, secure new clients, and explore response measures to rapidly changing market conditions. Lee In-seop, co-founder and CEO, will focus on global business.
