[Photo] Korea Railroad Transfers Railway Control Operation Know-How to Mongolia
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) announced on the 30th that it recently conducted an "Online Training to Strengthen the Operation Capacity of the Railway Traffic Control Center" for 20 railway officials from Mongolia's local Ministry of Road and Transport Development, Control Center, and Railway Administration. The training was organized as part of the "Mongolia Railway Traffic Control Master Plan Service Project," which was awarded at the end of last year, focusing on nurturing personnel for the railway control center and delivering practical operational know-how tailored to local conditions. Currently, Mongolia is promoting a railway modernization project to facilitate the smooth transportation of local mineral resources.
