Dong-A Socio Holdings Certified as an Excellent Institution for Human Resource Development
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Dong-A Socio Holdings announced on the 29th that it was certified as an excellent institution in the private large enterprise category at the '2022 Best HRD (Human Resource Development) Institution Certification Ceremony.'
Since 2006, the 'Best HRD Institution Certification' program has been a system that certifies outstanding institutions and companies that manage personnel fairly based on competence and provide continuous competency development opportunities to employees. It is jointly certified by four government ministries: the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Dong-A Socio Holdings was selected as an excellent institution due to the high evaluation of various systems implemented in the Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Development (HRD) sectors.
