On the 28th, the Seoul Southern District Court stated that the decision on the provisional injunction case related to the People Power Party will be made after next week.
The Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court (Chief Presiding Judge Hwang Jeong-su) held a hearing on the provisional injunction filed by former leader Lee against the People Power Party at 11 a.m. on the 28th.
During the trial, the court examined the 3rd to 5th provisional injunctions, including ▲ suspension of the effectiveness of the 'emergency situation' party constitution amendment national committee (3rd), ▲ suspension of the execution of duties of Emergency Response Committee Chairman Jeong Jin-seok (4th), and ▲ suspension of the execution of duties of six emergency response committee members (5th).

Previously, the first provisional injunction hearing was held on August 17, and a decision was made nine days later on the 26th.
