The Gwanak Police Station in Seoul announced on the 27th at around 12:50 PM that Ms. A (74) was found dead in a room on the 4th floor of a goshiwon located in Sillim-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and an investigation is underway.
Ms. A, the owner of the goshiwon building, was living with her family, and at the time of discovery, her neck was strangled and her hands were tied.
The police reportedly responded to the scene after a friend who found Ms. A at the goshiwon reported the situation and confirmed her condition.
