Imsil-gun Accelerates Promotion of Imsil N Cheese Festival through SNS and TV Advertisements
[Imsil=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk, announced on the 26th that it is stepping up promotion of its representative festival, the 2022 Imsil N Cheese Festival, which is just two weeks away.
Since July, the county has been continuously promoting the 2022 Imsil N Cheese Festival through various media including radio ads, SNS, TV commercials, and print advertisements.
Especially at this point, two weeks before the festival, on-site promotional activities directly targeting tourists in large cities are being actively carried out.
As part of this, on the 23rd, the first flash mob of the year was held at the Gwangju U-Square Terminal Plaza.
At the site, a flash mob group of about 20 people dressed in European-style costumes performed lively music and dance in front of many tourists, receiving great response.
After the flash mob, they toured the plaza and inside the terminal, distributing festival leaflets and promotional items, actively promoting the Imsil N Cheese Festival to tourists.
The county plans to hold flash mobs consecutively at the Jeonbuk representative festival site, Gimje Horizon Festival, on the 29th, and at Jeonju Hanok Village, a representative tourist destination in Jeonbuk, on the 2nd of next month.
They intend to focus on promoting the only cheese festival in the nation held with ten million chrysanthemums to attract many family visitors.
County Governor Shim Min said, “The Imsil N Cheese Festival, held for four days from the 7th to the 10th of next month at Imsil Cheese Theme Park, Imsil Cheese Village, and around Imsil-eup, is being prepared more thoroughly as it is the first normal event in three years.”
He added, “Along with various programs and performances, the festival will present an autumn spectacle amid the feast of ten million chrysanthemums, so we hope for much interest and participation from tourists.”
