[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering announced on the 26th that it has decided on a third-party allotment capital increase worth 2 trillion won.
Common shares totaling 104,438,643 will be issued at 19,150 won per share. The third-party allotment recipients include Hanwha Aerospace with 52,219,321 shares and Hanwha Systems with 26,109,661 shares.
