[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do) announced on the 23rd that it will provide chat-based consultation services through social networking services (SNS) to establish a seamless policy fund consultation system.
So far, the Corporation has responded to customer inquiries using a specialized policy fund call center and an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot, but due to the recent increase in customer demand for real-time chat consultations, it has introduced a policy fund consultation service via KakaoTalk.
Through KakaoTalk consultation, customers can check in real time not only one-on-one consultations but also frequently asked questions such as loan announcements, eligibility requirements, and application procedures. In addition, if errors or inconveniences occur during the policy fund application, prompt resolution is now possible. In the future, services such as application receipt date notifications will also be provided to KakaoTalk Plus Friend customers.
