View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] T map Mobility announced on the 21st that it has obtained the 'Automotive Cybersecurity Engineering' certification from DNV, an international certification body based in Norway.
This certification was granted for meeting the ISO/SAE 21434 standard, an international standard for automotive cybersecurity. T map Mobility emphasized that it is the first in the domestic mobility industry to acquire international standard certification covering all 11 areas of the automotive cybersecurity process.
T map Mobility supplies 'T MAP AUTO,' a navigation service based on the Android Automotive Operating System (OS), to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Volvo Cars Korea and Stellantis Korea, the importer of Jeep.
Through this certification, T map Mobility stated that it can provide services that comply with global standards and expects that its businesses related to connected cars, autonomous vehicles, and urban air mobility (UAM) will gain momentum.
