Park Cheolhong, Gold Class Chairman, Donates 50 Million KRW Development Fund to Jeonnam National University Hospital

According to Jeonnam National University Hospital on the 19th, the donation ceremony was attended by Hospital Director Ahn Younggeun, Chairman Park Cheolhong, Gold Class Cultural Foundation Chairperson Im Seongja, as well as Medical Director Park Changhwan, Secretary-General Kim Youngmin, Planning and Coordination Director Yoon Kyungchul, External Cooperation Director Joo Seongpil, Nursing Department Head Joo Deok, and other hospital officials, along with Chairman Roh Dongil of Mincon Co., Ltd., President Kim Seonnam of Jeonnam Maeil, and Executive Director Kim Jongho of Jeonnam Maeil.
Chairman Park stated, “During the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to the tireless efforts of over 5,000 Jeonnam National University Hospital staff working day and night, we were able to protect the health of the Gwangju and Jeonnam region residents. As a citizen, I have always been grateful, and I appreciate being able to give back in this way. I hope this contribution can help, even a little, so that the hospital can provide the best medical care as a leading public medical institution representing the region.”
Hospital Director Ahn Younggeun said, “Chairman Park has played a significant role in the local community through numerous social contribution activities and has elevated the status of local construction companies by building quality apartments. We will use this valuable development sponsorship fund not only to build a new hospital but also for research, medical treatment, and education.”
