Gyeonggawon, Investment Attraction Consulting Support
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency is supporting 'investment attraction consulting' for companies that have entered the final stage of investment attraction to increase the success rate of overseas investment attraction for companies in the province.
This project, launched for the first time this year, is part of the Global Business Company Matching Project and will recruit 10 companies on a first-come, first-served basis after a qualification review.
Selected companies will diagnose their current status and investment attraction capabilities through consultations, receive consulting on investment attraction strategies and investment conditions, and participate in various related training sessions.
The main consulting areas include ▲ legal review of investment contracts including toxic clauses ▲ company valuation ▲ and other management areas specialized in investment attraction requested by companies (M&A, overseas listing, equity structure, preparation of investment proposals, etc.).
After selection, companies can receive customized one-on-one investment attraction consulting worth 10 million KRW per company on an ongoing basis until the end of this year.
