‘I am No-Smoke, Yes-Health’ … Busan Office of Education Exhibits Winning Entries of Smoking Prevention Idea Contest
The work that won the "I am No-Smoke, Yes-Health" smoking prevention idea contest is exhibited at Pusan National University Hospital and other locations.
View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Duyul] On the 19th, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education exhibited 20 award-winning works from the "I am No-Smoke, Yes-Health" smoking prevention idea contest at four locations including Busan National University Hospital.
This exhibition was organized to promote smoking prevention and the culture of smoking cessation. The award-winning works will be displayed until October 28 at the first-floor lobby of Busan National University Hospital, Kyungsung University-Pukyong National University Station on Subway Line 2, the transfer section of Dongnae Station on Line 4, and the first-floor lobby of Busan City Hall.
The exhibited works are 20 of the 50 award-winning pieces from the "I am No-Smoke, Yes-Health" smoking prevention idea contest award ceremony held on the 14th at the Busan Student Education and Culture Center.
The Busan Office of Education held this contest from June to July targeting students, faculty, and parents.
A total of 657 works were submitted in four categories: posters, webtoons/cartoons, calligraphy, and public service advertisements.
Among the submissions, a total of 50 works were awarded: 13 grand prizes, 13 excellence prizes, 10 merit prizes, 10 encouragement prizes, and one prize per category from the Busan Smoking Cessation Support Center Director.
