9.22~25 Agricultural and Marine Food Excellent Products Expo... 15 Local Companies Participating
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Gangwon Province will participate in the largest Korean-American event in the Americas, the 'LA Korean Festival (Agricultural and Marine Products Excellent Goods Expo, 9.22~25),' to promote the excellence of local agricultural and marine products and expand exports.
According to the province on the 19th, 15 companies selected through recruitment from within the province will exhibit and sell more than 40 agricultural and marine products and daily necessities at a total of 8 booths.
This expo is expected to be held at Seoul International Park in LA Koreatown, with about 250 booths and approximately 400,000 visitors.
In particular, a buyer export consultation meeting will be held with the aT LA headquarters and others to conduct buyer and export consultations, as well as promotional sales activities, to expand entry into the U.S. market.
Exports of Gangwon Province's agricultural and marine products accounted for $460 million last year, with exports to the United States amounting to $65 million, making it the second largest export market after China.
