[Photo] 'Cheongwadae Front Road, a Street You Want to Walk'... Pedestrian Path Operated Every Weekend
On the 18th, a 'car-free street' sign was erected on the road in front of Chunchu Gate at the Blue House in Seoul. The Seoul city government announced that the 'Car-Free Street to the Blue House,' started in connection with the opening of the Blue House, will be operated until December 31. To enhance pedestrian convenience for visitors following the Blue House opening, the city will operate a car-free street on weekends and public holidays along a roughly 500-meter section from Yeongbin Gate to Chunchu Gate. To this end, traffic will be restricted in both directions on the road in front of the Blue House and on the uphill section from the Brazilian Embassy in Korea to Chunchu Gate from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. / Reporter Kim Hyun-min kimhyun81@
