'KSPO National Fitness 100' is a fitness measurement program operated by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation.
The measurement items include ▲InBody ▲Step Test ▲Relative Grip Strength ▲Sit-ups ▲Sit and Reach ▲Reaction Time ▲Hang Time, through which cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, agility, and explosive power are assessed, and fitness is evaluated based on grade criteria according to gender and age.
