KB Financial Group is conducting the ‘K-Bee Project’ to support the restoration of the honeybee ecosystem, whose population is rapidly declining due to climate change and other factors. The ‘K-Bee Urban Apiary’ was also established on the rooftop of the main building of the KB Kookmin Bank headquarters. Currently, about 120,000 honeybees inhabit the urban apiary, collecting wild honey while traveling around the Han River and Saetgang areas.
