TalentBank Launches Online Consulting Service 'OnePoint'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Talent Bank, a platform matching companies and experts, announced on the 15th the official launch of its online advisory service, ‘OnePoint’.
The online business advisory service ‘OnePoint’ is a 1:1 video consultation service where users can meet verified experts online and quickly obtain the necessary business solutions. Within OnePoint, corporate clients can use an embedded solution to handle everything from expert searching, preliminary inquiries, booking, payment, to video consultation in one go, without the complicated consulting request process.
In the case of traditional consulting firms, expert advice is mostly conducted through phone, face-to-face, or written interviews, with consultation fees typically amounting to several million won per hour of phone interview. Experts also face the limitation of having to take a passive role, only receiving incoming contact.
On the other hand, OnePoint utilizes Talent Bank’s pool of about 16,000 verified experts, allowing experts to directly register their advisory services, enabling more proactive demand creation based on their expertise, the company explained. Additionally, consultation fees are set at the industry’s lowest level, making it less burdensome for relatively small companies and individuals such as SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs preparing to launch businesses.
Another unique feature of OnePoint is its connectivity, unrestricted by time and place. Whether at the office, overseas, home, or on a business trip, users can quickly receive advice whenever needed by assembling their own advisory team in fields such as management strategy, sales, marketing, and IT.
