Peacock Sales Surpass 280 Billion Won This Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Emart announced on the 14th that from the 15th to the 28th, it will hold the Peacock Week event, offering 20-40% discounts on 100 top products from the convenient home meal brand Peacock.
During this event, Peacock Beef Small Intestines, Rich Beef Short Rib Soup, and Beef Brisket Soft Tofu Stew can be purchased at a 40% discount when using the event card. Jinjin Menbosha and Wonju Jinmi Seasoned Chicken are offered at a 30% discount, and Stir-fried Octopus Rice at a 20% discount. These products also receive an additional 10% discount when paid with a Shinhan Card.
Emart will also publish and place in stores the 'Peacock Master Book,' which introduces Peacock products divided into eight themes: Baekban (set meals), brunch, famous restaurants, home cafe, snacks, camping, home party, and pojangmacha (street food stalls).
The No Brand Week will run from the 15th to the 21st. No Brand Charcoal Spicy Chicken Skewers and Charcoal Teriyaki Chicken Skewers will be available at 2,000 KRW off the regular price.
According to Emart, from January to August this year, total sales of Peacock exceeded 280 billion KRW, with meal kits increasing by 11% compared to the same period last year.
