The special flood recovery service teams have set up mobile service centers at the Ocheon-eup Administrative Welfare Center and the Sports Complex in Nam-gu, Pohang, and at the Ijori Village Hall in Naenam-myeon, Gyeongju. At these locations, they provide services such as cleaning and free inspection of water-damaged products. In areas with concentrated flood damage such as Daesong-myeon, Yeonil-eup, and Ocheon-eup, service engineers are directly visiting affected households to inspect home appliances and support flood recovery. Engineers will also visit consumers who reported water damage to their appliances through the contact center to provide the same flood recovery services.
