SNT Motive announced on the 5th that it is participating in the ‘International Anti-Terrorism, Special Operations and Cybersecurity Exhibition (ATSO) 2022,’ held from the 4th to the 7th at the Baghdad International Exhibition Center in Iraq, showcasing advanced small-caliber firearms.
Now in its second year, the ‘ATSO Exhibition’ is regarded as a venue for weapons sales where equipment that can actually be used by the Iraqi military related to international anti-terrorism, special operations, and cybersecurity is directly presented.
A total of 27 companies, including Iraqi military agencies, participated in this exhibition.
Participating for the second time following last year, SNT Motive exhibited special operations submachine guns such as the STC-16, the K4 high-speed shotgun machine gun, the STSM-21 submachine gun, as well as the recently commissioned K15 light machine gun and K16 machine gun, attracting attention from Iraqi defense officials.
At this exhibition, reflecting the somewhat chaotic current situation in Iraq, officials from the Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS) personally visited the SNT Motive booth and showed interest in the products.
Additionally, SNT Motive is focusing its efforts on export business meetings with key government agencies such as the Iraqi Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior, aiming to reap the fruits of long-standing cooperation in firearms supply.
An official from SNT Motive’s Special Sales Team said, “Due to recent security issues in the Middle East, the role of the Counter-Terrorism Service in preventing terrorism and maintaining public order has become more important, so we will maintain cooperative relations through continuous exchanges.”
