DB Insurance Selects 5 Teams for 'Traffic and Environment Challenge 4th Edition'
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] DB Insurance announced on the 5th that it has selected the final 5 teams for the 'Transportation and Environment Challenge 4th Edition.'
The 'Transportation and Environment Challenge' is a platform-type social contribution project aimed at discovering and nurturing social venture founders and prospective founders who create social value in the fields of transportation and environment.
It is jointly planned by DB Insurance, the Korea Productivity Center, and the Environment Foundation, and is sponsored by the Ministry of Environment.
To select the 4th edition teams, applications were accepted for about 4 weeks from June 27 to July 22, and finally, 5 social ventures were selected.
DB Insurance plans to support the activation of the businesses of the social ventures selected in the 4th edition by providing business support funds and customized accelerating programs focused on core startup competencies such as legal affairs, taxation, accounting, and marketing.
