IBK Investment & Securities "Hanwha Solutions Target Price Raised to 68,000 Won"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park So-yeon] IBK Investment & Securities has slightly raised the target price of Hanwha Solutions from 66,000 KRW to 68,000 KRW.
According to FN Guide on the 4th, IBK Investment & Securities stated in a recent report on Hanwha Solutions that "the solar power division is expected to record a surprise operating profit in the third quarter of this year."
The operating profit of the solar power division in the third quarter of this year is expected to increase by 185.3% compared to the previous quarter, reaching 100.4 billion KRW.
This is due to rising sales prices in the main markets of Europe and the United States, along with simultaneous logistics cost reductions.
The fourth quarter of this year is expected to benefit from the peak season effect. Next year, the spread is anticipated to improve further due to cost reductions from increased actual production of polysilicon.
Hanwha Solutions is expanding its investments in solar power assets in the United States. Next year, the expansion of 1.4GW of modules will be completed, and additional integrated solar power complexes are planned to be constructed. Accordingly, additional subsidies and incentive benefits are expected.
