Geumcheon-gu Office Women's Table Tennis Team Wins Autumn President's Cup Table Tennis Tournament
Victory in Both Individual Fasting and Team Events
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) once again proved its position as the strongest women's professional team by winning the women's singles championship, the team event championship, and third place in the women's singles at the 'Autumn Chairman's Cup Corporate Table Tennis Tournament' held at Gunsan University Gymnasium from August 29 to September 2.
Organized by the Korea Corporate Table Tennis Federation and hosted by the Korea Corporate Table Tennis Federation and the Korea Table Tennis Association, the tournament featured 16 corporate teams from across the country. The competition events included three categories: men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and men's and women's team events.
In the women's singles, Song Ma-eum of the Geumcheon-gu Office Women's Table Tennis Team won first place, and Kim Jeong-won took third place. The team also achieved victory in the team event, accomplishing great success in multiple categories held during this tournament.
