Naver Cloud Launches 'MetaPot' Metaverse Construction and Operation Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver Cloud announced on the 2nd that it has launched 'Metapot,' a solution for building and operating metaverses (extended virtual worlds).
Metapot provides end-to-end management from scenario design to selecting suitable platforms and vendors, as well as marketing, for customers who want to build a metaverse. Utilizing 3D assets and content creation tools from solution partners, it implements and manages essential elements for constructing digital extended worlds, from metaverse maps and videos to objects.
It also supports marketing services such as Naver Reservation and advertising. By using 'Naver Reservation,' convenient customer management is possible online, and when promotion is needed, Naver Ads and other services can be utilized.
Naver Cloud plans to continuously introduce products linking its solutions with Naver services. It is preparing to launch a dedicated metaverse platform building service for client companies next year.
