[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] Songpa Police Station and Lotte Department Store announced on the 2nd that they visited communal living homes to deliver daily necessities.
On the previous day, Songpa Police Station, together with Lotte Department Store Jamsil Branch, delivered daily necessities worth approximately 10 million KRW, including laundry detergent and toilet paper, to seven communal living homes. This event was held as part of the donation campaign "Kidari Local Safety Patrol," which utilizes a mobile phone walking app.
The local safety patrol program donates 10 million KRW to communal living homes in the district when the target number of walking steps is reached. Songpa Police Station reported that through active policing activities, they achieved the 20.22 million steps goal, originally set for October 2022, ahead of schedule in August.
