Minumsa, Gimyeongsa, Changbi... Over 1,000 Participants Join KPA Sales Information System
[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] The Korea Publishing Culture Association (KPC) has surpassed 1,000 participating publishers in its 'Book Sales Information Sharing System.' Through this system, publishers provide book sales information to authors.
According to KPC, as of the 31st, 1,013 publishers are participating. Major publishers such as Gimyeongsa, Munhakgwa Jiseongsa, Minumsa, Pakyeongsa, Sigongsa, Eunhaengnamu, and Changbi are included in large numbers.
Chairman Yoon Cheol-ho said, "I am pleased that many publishers have joined the Book Sales Information Sharing System, enabling real-time provision of sales information to authors and strengthening mutual trust," adding, "Going forward, KPC will continue to strive so that all members of the publishing ecosystem?including publishers, authors, readers, libraries, and bookstores?can coexist and develop together."
