Woori Asset Trust, Funble No.1 Product Listed on September 5
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Yoon-joo] The subscription for 'Lotte World Tower Signiel No.1,' the first product of the real estate fractional investment platform Funble Co., Ltd., has closed early and is set to be listed soon.
Woori Asset Trust, a comprehensive real estate finance subsidiary of Woori Financial Group, announced on the 31st that it plans to list the real estate revenue securities on the Funble platform in early September.
Lotte World Tower Signiel No.1 is based on office facilities within Lotte World Tower and began its public subscription through the Funble platform on August 16. Within two days of the subscription opening, 1,296,000 DAS (Digital Asset Securities) worth a total public offering amount of 6.48 billion KRW were sold out early.
The DAS issued this time is scheduled to be listed on the Funble platform on September 5, and from 9 a.m. on the listing day, it will be possible to trade easily like stocks through the Funble app.
General investors who participated in the public offering will receive DAS divided in units of 5,000 KRW according to their investment amount, and they can aim for dividends from rental income and sales profits as well as capital gains through trading DAS.
