Lotte Chilsung Beverage will acquire about 53% of Bigsome's shares, including 50.99% held by 'Kick the Hurdle' and 1.95% held by the 'G-Strong Innovation Startup Fund'. The contract date for the share acquisition was the 26th.
Bigsome, established in 2016, is a company specializing in the research and development and distribution platform of health functional foods, possessing capabilities in R&D, planning, marketing, manufacturing, and operations. In 2020, it was selected as a special case business operator for the subdivision and sale regulation of health functional foods.
