This product was posted by an individual seller registered on 11st. It appears that the advertisement was used while conducting the Shocking Deal event starting the previous day.
Dozens of complaints requesting the removal of the advertisement due to its resemblance to the Rising Sun flag were posted on the product inquiry board since the previous day.
