Chung-Ang University Hospital Conducts Blood Donation Relay Campaign for Patient Care
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Chung-Ang University Hospital announced on the 26th that it conducted the 'Patient Love Blood Donation Relay Campaign' at the blood donation bus in front of the hospital's emergency medical center, together with the Chung-Ang University Medical Center Labor Union Branch.
This campaign was organized as a meaningful effort for the harmonious cooperation between labor and management at Chung-Ang University Medical Center to help ensure a stable blood supply and practice patient love, amid difficulties in securing blood supply in Korea due to an increase in ineligible donors caused by the COVID-19 resurgence and vaccinations.
Various hospital staff from different occupational groups participated in the blood donation campaign, and the collected blood will be delivered to the Seoul Southern Blood Center to be used for patients in need of transfusions.
