Hankook Tire Announces Recruitment for 'Production Function Interns' in the Second Half of 2022
Recruitment of Approximately 100 Employees for Tire Manufacturing Positions
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hankook Tire & Technology (Hankook Tire) announced on the 26th that it is recruiting ‘Production Function Interns’ to lead the global tire industry.
Applications can be submitted through the Hankook Tire recruitment website until the 12th of next month. The process includes the first round of document screening, the second round of personality test (HKAT), and the third round of interviews and employment medical examination. Detailed schedules for each stage will be announced on the recruitment website.
Qualifications require a high school diploma or higher, completion or exemption of military service, no disqualifications for overseas travel, and the ability to work in shifts. Veterans will receive preferential treatment with additional points according to relevant laws.

Selected interns will undergo three months of theory and practical training related to tire manufacturing at Hankook Tire’s Daejeon plant and Geumsan plant. Upon completion of all courses, they can be converted to full-time production function employees after a final internal evaluation.
