Samsung Display Participates in IMID 2022... Unveils 77-inch QD-OLED Product
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] Samsung Display is participating in the 'International Information Display Conference (IMID) 2022' held at BEXCO in Busan until the 26th, exhibiting next-generation foldable OLED and QD-OLED products and presenting over 70 outstanding papers.
On the 24th, Samsung Display announced that it will showcase the 77-inch TV QD-OLED product to the public for the first time at this exhibition. Earlier this year, Samsung Display released 34-inch monitor QD-OLEDs and 55- and 65-inch TV QD-OLEDs, and at this conference, it expanded its QD-OLED lineup by introducing the new 77-inch product.
In addition, Samsung Display exhibited the 65-inch QD-OLED alongside existing technologies, highlighting the superior picture quality of QD-OLED, including its vivid colors and wide viewing angles.

Next-generation concept products demonstrating Samsung Display's unparalleled foldable technology are also attracting much attention at this conference. A Samsung Display official explained, "We exhibited the 'Flex S,' which folds twice outward and inward, the 'Flex G,' which folds twice inward, and the laptop-type 'Flex Note.' We also showcased a gaming foldable OLED with controllers on both sides that can be folded in half, which drew the interest of young visitors."
