Yeogyeonghyeop, Recruiting 150 Students for CEO Course 'Maturity Stage'... Online and Offline Combined
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association announced on the 24th that it is recruiting students for the third session of this year's Women CEO Course, titled "Business Survival Strategies in the Era of Great Transformation - Maturity Stage."
The 2022 Women CEO Course is structured around the stages of a company's lifecycle: startup, growth, maturity, organizational innovation, and re-leap (business succession).
Following last month's growth stage, the current maturity stage covers the period after seven years of establishment, with topics including △distribution and sales channel expansion strategies △digital marketing strategies △risk management △changes in leadership due to organizational expansion.
The course is conducted via online live sessions, and students who wish to attend in person can listen to the lectures at the studio, as offline participation is also available.
Additionally, to strengthen networking among students, a "Dialogue with the Speaker" session is held after the lecture, where participants can engage in Q&A with the speaker and receive advice tailored to their individual business conditions.
To support business exchanges and networking activation necessary for the resumption of management activities following the easing of COVID-19, a mentoring program is operated through a dedicated platform, offering one-on-one matching with experts in management, startups, human resources, and labor.
The 2022 Women CEO Course 2nd session - Maturity Stage will be held for three weeks from the 5th to the 25th of next month, recruiting 150 female CEOs and prospective entrepreneurs on a first-come, first-served basis.
