Yongin Severance Hospital Designated as KLPGA Regular Tour Partner Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Yonsei University College of Medicine Yongin Severance Hospital announced on the 24th that it will provide medical support for one year as a 'Tour Cooperation Hospital' for the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) regular tour.
Yongin Severance Hospital will carry out treatment cooperation activities such as patient transfer and emergency medical care in case of emergencies during the KLPGA domestic regular tour tournaments.
Yongin Severance Hospital plans to contribute to the successful operation of KLPGA tournaments through medical support, led by Professor Lee Tae-im of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, who previously served as the team doctor for the women's national soccer team and currently serves as the team doctor for the national figure skating team and chairperson of the Women's Sports Committee of the Korean Society of Sports Medicine.
