Through this agreement, both companies will establish workspaces within apartment communities. Allicon will provide GS Construction with the workspace design and office automation management technology of Jibmusil. The space automation management technology utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) can control office spaces without separate management personnel, significantly reducing management costs.
Additionally, resident convenience will be enhanced through the separately commercialized "Jibmusil Door," an access device for Jibmusil. Residents can enter simply by scanning a QR code via an app linked to the "Jibmusil Door," and actual usage time will be automatically reflected in the apartment management fees. The two companies plan to first apply this agreement to the Xi apartments in Wonju, Gangwon Province, scheduled for sale this year, and then expand it to major Xi apartment communities nationwide.
