This summer vacation, from the 16th to the 18th, they held an English camp program for employees’ children at the Daegu-Gyeongbuk English Village (Chilgok) to foster global talent and revitalize local education.
Celebrating its 55th anniversary this year, DGB Daegu Bank has established various systems to improve life balance quality, including operating the financial sector’s first workplace childcare facility, DGB Ikumteo, and providing psychological counseling through the DGB Family Happiness Center.
Based on these efforts, the bank received the Family-Friendly Company Certification and the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award in 2019.
