[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] DB Insurance announced on the 11th that it will operate an emergency disaster relief on-site compensation service in all areas of Seoul and the metropolitan area affected by the record-breaking heavy rain over the two days from the 8th to the 9th, the heaviest in 80 years.
DB Insurance decided to prioritize towing of flooded vehicles and rent the 'Seoul Grand Park Parking Lot' to operate it as a temporary compensation service center to enable safe relocation and management.

A DB Insurance official said, “We ask customers who have suffered damage to bring their vehicle registration certificate, car keys, and identification card when visiting to ensure prompt compensation processing,” adding, “We hope to offer some help to those distressed by the unexpected heavy rain and that the damage will be restored quickly so that everyone can return to their daily lives as soon as possible.”
