Daegu Catholic University and Daegu Jung-gu Office signed a mutual exchange agreement on the 10th to foster outstanding talents dedicated to realizing lifelong learning and local government administration.

The two institutions promised ▲ mutual cooperation to realize lifelong education for residents and enhance the professionalism of affiliated public officials ▲ mutual utilization of research materials, publications, academic information, research personnel, and human networks ▲ joint use of infrastructure such as spaces and facilities of the agreement institutions ▲ personnel exchange and lecture support necessary for specialized education.
Furthermore, Daegu Catholic University agreed to provide industry-academia cooperation scholarships to residents recommended by Jung-gu Office who enroll in the Justino Free University.

Woo Dong-gi, president of Daegu Catholic University, said, “It is significant that our university, which opened 108 years ago in Namsan-dong, Jung-gu, has signed a mutual exchange agreement with Jung-gu,” and added, “We hope to proceed with substantial projects concretely in the future and contribute to the development of both institutions.”
