The signing ceremony was attended by Ji-eun Koo, Vice Chairman and CEO of Ourhome, Deok-woo Jang, Chairman of the Ourhome Labor Union, and other labor-management negotiation committee members.

A union official said, "The union quickly reached an agreement in sympathy with Ourhome management's emphasis on human resources and determination to overcome the crisis," adding, "The union will do its best to cooperate so that labor and management can set and achieve common goals."
