Bonsullungtang's July Sales Increase 72% Compared to Same Period Last Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Bon Seolleongtang, the Seolleongtang brand of BonIF, announced on the 10th that its sales last month increased by 72% compared to the same month last year. Sales in the first half of this year increased by 88% compared to the same period last year.
Bon Seolleongtang analyzed that sales grew due to the launch of new menus targeting various age groups and active promotions.
In particular, the newly introduced menus in the first half of this year, ‘Nakgopsae Ttukbaegi’ and ‘Gopdori Ttukbaegi,’ based on Korean beef bone broth with added spiciness, have become the most popular menus along with the basic Seolleongtang menu. The ‘Yang Gopchang Ttukbaegi,’ launched last year, continues to be popular and contributes to stable sales.
