"Andaz Seoul Gangnam Launches New Bingsu Series Filled with Sweet and Tart Berries"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Andaz Seoul Gangnam announced on the 4th that it will offer 'Andaz Berry Bingsu,' which features various berries on milk snowflake ice, at the Jogakbo restaurant on the hotel's 2nd floor.
Andaz Berry Bingsu is designed for two adults to enjoy together, consisting not only of bingsu but also a set of sweet side desserts such as New York cheesecake, red berry compote, and strawberry Valrhona chocolate sauce.
It is characterized by a refreshing and sweet taste that spreads throughout the mouth with various berries such as raspberries, blackberries, cherries, and blueberries. Valrhona strawberry chocolate sauce is layered three times between the milk ice layers to add sweetness. The accompanying red berry compote and condensed milk can be added according to preference. Peach sorbet and butterfly-shaped strawberry chocolate are placed on top of the bingsu.
