SK Stoa Launches 2nd Customer Evaluation Group to Strengthen 'Customer-Centered Management'

The SK Stoa Customer Evaluation Group was first launched last year to listen to practical opinions on all customer touchpoints such as broadcasting, ordering, delivery, and after-sales service, and to derive areas for improvement.
The 1st Customer Evaluation Group, which was active from August last year to July this year, carried out various tasks from the customer's perspective during the activity period, including ▲strengths and weaknesses of the SK Stoa mobile application (app) and online mall ▲broadcast video monitoring (show hosts, guests, product purchase appeal, video concepts, etc.) ▲live shopping monitoring (product information provision, chat response, broadcast quality, screen composition, etc.).
The launch ceremony of the 2nd SK Stoa Customer Evaluation Group, held in a non-face-to-face manner on the 2nd, was attended by SK Stoa CEO Yoon Seok-am and 36 members of the 2nd Customer Evaluation Group, and proceeded with the operation plan briefing and appointment ceremony.
Compared to the 1st group, the 2nd Customer Evaluation Group has significantly expanded its number of members. The 2nd group, consisting of a total of 36 members, is scheduled to be active until July next year and plans to propose various improvements while carrying out monthly tasks, weekly tasks, and free tasks.
In particular, beyond simply performing monitoring tasks, the group will also provide opinions on SK Stoa’s products and appear on ‘SK Stoa Ombudsman NOW’ as viewer evaluators to help improve broadcast quality. During the activity period, the Customer Evaluation Group members will be granted the company’s VIP status and receive a fixed activity fee each time they complete a task.
SK Stoa plans to actively reflect the ideas obtained through organic communication with the 2nd Customer Evaluation Group across all areas including product selection, broadcast production, sales, and delivery.
