[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Silver tech company Korea Senior Research Institute announced on the 28th that it has established the new position of Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDxO) and recruited Seo Jae-min, a former Samsung Electronics executive, as CDxO. Seo Jae-min CDxO led various projects during his more than 10 years at Samsung Electronics, including the development of the Galaxy mobile application 'Samsung Internet' service.
Korea Senior Research Institute plans to strengthen the competitiveness of its tech division by discovering and expanding various business opportunities requiring digital transformation through the recruitment of Seo Jae-min CDxO. Seo Jae-min CDxO is expected to lead the tech division in a two-top system alongside Kim Sun-jung, Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
CDxO Seo will advance the 'HiCare' solution, an administrative handwriting automation technology of Korea Senior Research Institute, and join the development of the existing caregiver recruitment service 'Yobosalang' app. Through close collaboration with the Long-term Care Business Headquarters, which oversees the caregiving business, and the Strategic Planning Team, which promotes new businesses, an integrated digital strategy will be established.
