It will be a mixed-use complex combining officetels, offices, and neighborhood living facilities. Among them, the officetel units will be located from the 7th to the 22nd floor, with exclusive areas ranging from 23 to 55 square meters, totaling 288 units (254 units for general sale). By type, there are △64 units of 23㎡ (exclusive area), △64 units of 50㎡, △96 units of 52㎡, and △64 units of 55㎡.
"Gwacheoncheongsa Station Hanyang Sujain" consists of various layouts such as studio and two-room types, and applies a full-furnished system providing basic appliances including a system air conditioner, built-in combo refrigerator, electric oven, and washing machine. Specialized services such as a smart home application that can control lighting, heating, and ventilation will also be provided.
