The Youth-Friendly Company ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) Support Project, led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, is a public-private collaboration project where the government and companies join hands to solve youth employment issues by providing necessary job training and work experience opportunities to young people. The goal is to utilize the strengths and infrastructure of companies to support experience in various industries and jobs and to establish a foundation for revitalizing youth employment.
Through participation in this support project, Coway has joined the 'Youth Employment Support Membership' and is promoting programs to strengthen the job competencies of young people. Coway, together with the Korea Productivity Center, has launched the 'Smart Home Leaders Class' program, which offers opportunities for work experience and education in sales marketing in the home care field, and is recruiting trainees until the 31st of this month. The plan is to help young people who wish to work in sales marketing and customer service fields build their careers and increase their understanding of corporate practices to enhance their employment competitiveness.
