[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Gyumin] The police have handed over Kim Yongmin, director of Peace Tree and former member of 'Naneun Ggomsooda,' who was accused of making a 'sexual bribery' remark about First Lady Kim Keon-hee, to the prosecution.
On the 23rd, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul announced that on the 21st, they sent Director Kim to the prosecution without detention on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act.
Director Kim is accused of posting on social media in March, stating, "Yoon Seok-yeol, the competitor of Lee Jae-myung, while serving as a prosecutor, is strongly suspected of receiving sexual bribery from Kim Keon-hee in exchange for accepting various gifts including meat and providing investigative favors."
